Job summary

Atlas, a national environmental and infrastructure consultant, is seeking a Nuclear CMT Project Manager to lead field teams and manage projects from staffing through delivery in Idaho Falls. You will ensure testing meets specifications, maintain financial health from proposal to billing, and foster a strong safety culture on every jobsite while coordinating with clients.

The role requires deep experience in construction management within DOE or commercial nuclear settings and direct supervision

Qualifications

10 years construction management with DOE or Commercial Nuclear Industry.
Direct experience implementing NQA-1 requirements.
5 years directly supervising personnel.

Responsibilities

Lead and support field staff, providing daily direction, scheduling guidance, and performance oversight.
Manage project execution including scope, staffing, client coordination, and issue resolution.
Review and approve testing reports to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Oversee proposals, billing, and project financial tracking.
Partner with clients to understand needs, provide updates, and deliver reliable solutions.
Champion safety by ensuring adherence to PPE requirements and active participation in Atlas safety programs.
