Eaton's IS AER FED division in Bethel, CT is seeking a highly motivated NTC Technician to join our team on first shift. The role focuses on loading test stands and setting up testing for very small electro-mechanical parts, following blueprints and work instructions.

You will interpret requirements, perform visual inspections, record quality data, and contribute to process improvements to enhance manufacturability. A high school diploma and manufacturing experience are required.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing; 2 years preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow written work instructions.
  • Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Eaton’s IS AER FED division is currently seeking a NTC Technician to join our team in Bethel, CT!The core hours are 7:30 am - 3:00 pm.The hourly rate for this position is $24.50 per hour.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What you’ll do:The Electro-Mechanical Technician (NTC) is responsible for loading test stands and setting up testing for very small and intricate parts. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge in reading, interpreting, and following technical work instructions and blueprints. This first shift position is well suited for a patient individual who is a fast learner, is focused on quality output, and enjoys working in a demanding atmosphere.In this role, you will:• Set up, start and then break down test ovens which contain small electro-mechanical parts• Interpret customer and supplier requirements (via blueprints and work instructions)• Recommend design and process improvements to enhance manufacturability• Perform visual inspection of parts• Maintain quality recordsQualifications:Required (Basic) Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution or a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.Minimum 1 year of experience required in a manufacturing environment.Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
