Job summary

Eaton’s IS AER FED division in Bethel, CT is seeking an NTC Technician to join our team. First shift hours are 7:30 am to 3:00 pm, with an hourly rate of $24.50.

This role supports loading test stands, setting up testing for small electro-mechanical parts, and ensuring quality records are maintained. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in manufacturing, and the ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no sponsorship available.
• Within a 50-mile radius of Bethel, CT; no relocation benefit offered.
• Export-controlled information requires U.S. person status.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start and break down test ovens containing small electro-mechanical parts.
• Interpret customer and supplier requirements via blueprints and instructions.
• Recommend design and process improvements to enhance manufacturability.
• Perform visual inspection of parts and maintain quality records.
