Eaton’s IS AER FED division is currently seeking a NTC Technician to join our team in Bethel, CT!

The core hours are 7:30 am - 3:00 pm.

The hourly rate for this position is $24.50 per hour.

## What you’ll do:

The Electro-Mechanical Technician (NTC) is responsible for loading test stands and setting up testing for very small and intricate parts. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge in reading, interpreting, and following technical work instructions and blueprints. This first shift position is well suited for a patient individual who is a fast learner, is focused on quality output, and enjoys working in a demanding atmosphere.

In this role, you will:
  • Set up, start and then break down test ovens which contain small electro-mechanical parts
  • Interpret customer and supplier requirements (via blueprints and work instructions)
  • Recommend design and process improvements to enhance manufacturability
  • Perform visual inspection of parts
  • Maintain quality records
## Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution or a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience required in a manufacturing environment.

Skills:

  • Ability to interpret/follow written work instructions, visual aids, sketches and blueprints
  • Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
