Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Process Integration Engineer for the New Technology Bridge team. The role covers 8,10,14,28nm process flows, yield improvement, DOE, and qualification. You will design and analyze layout weak points and verify results with TEM/SEM measurements.

This on-site, full-time position offers a base salary range of $83,000 to $206,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package and potential incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 2+ years in semiconductors.
• Understanding of RMG module integration preferred.
• Experience with DOE and statistical data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects related to new technology development and qualification.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments.
• Analyze data using statistics and present results to leadership.
• Troubleshoot yield, defect, and electrical performance issues.
• Develop Change Point Management plans.
• Communicate technical information with presentations.
