Job summary

Rendezvous Hotel Perth Scarborough, part of TFE Hotels, seeks a welcoming, reliable hospitality professional for a Part Time Night Auditor role. You’ll balance guest service with precise financial procedures overnight, helping arrivals, departures and daily reporting in a safe, well-managed environment.

You’ll be the trusted face during the night shift, supporting guests and operations with calm judgment and attention to detail. Prior PMS experience and RSA where required are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office, Night Audit or hospitality/customer service roles is preferred.
• Experience performing end-of-day financial reconciliation or audit processes is preferred.
• Strong numerical accuracy and analytical skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing guest requests and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational capability.
• Experience using Hotel PMS is advantageous.
• Flexible availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

We're currently seeking a welcoming, dependable and detail-oriented hospitality professional to join our Front Office team as a Part Time Night Auditor.

About the Role

You'll help ensure our hotel operates seamlessly through the night by balancing exceptional guest service with operational accuracy. Supporting overnight arrivals, departures and daily financial processes, you'll help create a safe, welcoming and well-managed environment. Your attention to detail, sound judgement and calm approach will provide a smooth transition between each day while maintaining an exceptional guest experience.

Working overnight, you'll become the trusted face of the hotel while playing a critical role in supporting both our guests and our operations.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in Front Office, Night Audit, hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
• Experience performing end-of-day financial reconciliation or audit processes preferred.

• Relevant qualification in Hospitality, Tourism or Business is advantageous.
• Experience or training in hotel Night Audit procedures, financial reconciliation or Front Office operations is preferred.
• Experience using Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
• Current RSA certification where required.
