Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. You will maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, stock rooms with supplies, and ensure safety standards are followed while delivering exceptional guest service.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and can multi-task, communicate effectively, and work well with others in a fast-paced hotel environment. This full-time role offers competitive benefits and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rooms and public areas to company standards.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensurethatroomsandpublicareasarecleanedandsanitizedto company-mandatedstandards
• Ensures that rooms have clean linen, bedding andtowels
• Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation,andhotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
• Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues,drinking glasses,etc.
• Identify itemsthatguestshaveleftbehindandreportitemsutilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
• Other duties as assigned
