Flynn 7 Brew is seeking an energetic, highly organized leader to build our growing brand from the ground up. You will lead stand openings, develop leaders, and drive operational excellence across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates bring new store opening experience, multi-unit restaurant leadership, strong project management, and excellent coaching abilities, with willingness to travel extensively to support openings.

Responsibilities

• Lead new stand opening plans from pre-opening through launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure opening readiness.
• Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training efforts.
• Evaluate operational readiness and coach leaders during openings.
• Partner with construction, operations, training, and support teams.
• Provide hands-on operational leadership between openings.
• Coach General Managers and Shift Leads.
• Support underperforming locations to improve performance.
• Improve systems, processes, and operational consistency.
• Collaborate with the VP of Operations on strategic growth.

Job description

Join Flynn 7 Brew as an NSO & Operations Excellence Manager and play a key role in launching one of the fastest-growing beverage brands in the country.

This is more than a new store opening position. You'll help build Flynn's 7 Brew business from the ground up by leading stand openings, developing leaders, and driving operational excellence across multiple locations.

What You'll Do

• Lead new stand opening plans from pre-opening through successful launch
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure opening readiness
• Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training efforts
• Evaluate operational readiness and coach leaders through opening
• Partner with construction, operations, training, and support teams
• Step into operational needs between openings
• Coach General Managers and Shift Leads
• Support underperforming locations through hands-on operational leadership
• Improve systems, processes, and operational consistency
• Partner directly with the Vice President of Operations on strategic growth initiatives
