This individual serves as a hands-on operational leader who develops teams, trains leaders, supports existing operations, and partners closely with the Vice President to execute strategic initiatives.This role requires extensive travel, exceptional leadership skills, strong organizational ability, and a willingness to jump into any operational challenge.
