Flynn 7 Brew is hiring a Stand General Manager in Visalia, CA. You will lead daily stand operations, develop a high-performing team, and ensure an outstanding guest experience at a fast-paced, high-volume drive-thru location.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training Brewistas and Shift Leads, driving profitability, managing inventory, and fostering a positive culture that motivates staff and delights customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager with full ops responsibility.
• Experience in QSR, restaurant, coffee, fast-casual, or hospitality operations.
• Proven ability to hire, train, coach, and develop teams.
