University of Central Florida's Graduate and Research Information Technology (GRIT) seeks an IT Project Manager II to lead complex enterprise projects from initiation to implementation. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, maintain documentation, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with institutional goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of IT leadership, and strong communication with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PM governance, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation.
• Strong written and verbal communication, executive presentation ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver defined project scopes within timelines and budgets.
• Maintain thorough project documentation across all phases.
• Present updates and risk assessments to executive leadership.
• Manage budgets and capital procurement to ensure compliance.
• Oversee vendor relationships and contract deliverables with procurement & legal.
• Contribute to long-term strategic planning and portfolio alignment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
