Nokia is seeking an experienced NSA Program Manager / Regulatory Compliance Lead to support administration of Nokia's U.S. National Security Agreement compliance program. This role coordinates regulatory activities, manages U.S.

Government reporting, supports audits, and drives cross‑functional execution of compliance obligations across Nokia's business units. You will partner with Legal, Product Security, Engineering, Group Security, Procurement and HR to ensure timely delivery of commitments

Job description

Nokia is seeking an experienced NSA Program Manager / Regulatory Compliance Lead to support administration of Nokia's U.S. National Security Agreement (NSA) compliance program. This position serves as a key member of the National Security Office (NSO) and is responsible for coordinating regulatory compliance activities, managing U.S. Government reporting requirements, supporting independent audits, and driving cross-functional execution of compliance obligations across Nokia's business organizations.

The successful candidate will partner closely with Legal, Product Security, Engineering, Group Security, Procurement, HR, and business leadership to ensure timely execution of compliance commitments while maintaining strong working relationships with U.S. Government stakeholders.
