Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho is seeking an ID1 Process Integration Program Engineer to drive part type introductions, wafer resource planning, and yield performance across the product lifecycle.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth new product introductions and optimized manufacturing performance. The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decision making, and the ability to manage schedules, risks, and planning activities in a high-volume semiconductor

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Chemical/MEMS or related engineering field.
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, PTO, NPI or related engineering disciplines.
  • Knowledge of DRAM and/or NAND technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage system setup, traveler creation, and pilot scheduling for new product introductions.
  • Coordinate startup planning activities including risk assessments and resource alignment.
  • Support yield curve projections and performance tracking for business planning.
  • Oversee sampling plans, attribute management, SWR processing, and hold management.
  • Partner with planning, operations, and engineering to manage wafer, reticle, and priority lots.
