Job summary

You will recruit and mentor engineers, set performance targets, and collaborate with manufacturing, facilities, procurement, and suppliers to ensure tool qualification and factory readiness. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering field.
• Senior Engineer level or higher with prior people leadership experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct films experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading teams and driving results across complex projects.
• Strong technical communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the ID1 PVD/CVD process engineering teams, including hiring, onboarding, and development.
• Define team strategy, performance targets, and succession plans aligned to factory goals.
• Partner with manufacturing, facilities, procurement, and suppliers to support tool qualification and capacity readiness.
• Provide technical leadership and support for process qualification and manufacturing alignment.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Micron safety and people policies.
