Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Director, NPI Supply Chain to lead end-to-end strategy for new product introductions across AI infrastructure initiatives. You will drive material readiness, supplier engagement, demand and capacity planning, and the transition from concept through mass production.

You will build scalable processes and AI-enabled planning, partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations to ensure successful launches, minimize supply risk, and optimize cost and ramp

Qualifications

• 10+ years of supply chain, materials, planning, or supply chain program management experience, including leadership within NPI or technology environments.
• Strong understanding of NPI processes, planning, supplier management, and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex product launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain strategy and execution for new product introductions from concept to mass production.
• Partner with Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and Customer teams to align launch schedules.
• Develop sourcing strategies with Strategic Sourcing and suppliers; manage capacity commitments.
• Drive NPI to mass production transitions, ensuring continuity of supply and launch execution.
• Develop demand and capacity plans to support growth and scalable manufacturing.
• Establish risk management frameworks and contingency plans for uninterrupted launches.
