Job summary
Hyve Solutions seeks an experienced Manufacturing/Process Engineer to design and implement production infrastructure for scalable operations. You will own the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, develop and maintain BOMs, floor stock, and detailed work instructions, and ensure documentation control throughout the product lifecycle.
You will collaborate with Design Engineering to apply DFM/DFA, perform risk assessments, and lead manufacturing readiness for server and rack-level products.
Qualifications
- BSME/BSIE or equivalent with 6-8 years in manufacturing/process engineering
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt required
- Proficient in MS Office suite and technical writing/presentation
Responsibilities
- Lead assessment, design, and implementation of production infrastructure and end-to-end manufacturing processes
- Own the NPI process and production documentation lifecycle including BOMs, floor stock, and work instructions
- Manage ECN/ECO processes, change orders, and manufacturing notices
- Collaborate with production management to standardize processes and drive continuous improvement
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements for efficiency, reliability, and throughput
- Provide technical leadership and training for NPI launches and KPIs
- Lead readiness activities for new server and rack-level products
- Travel up to 20% to sites, suppliers, and partner facilities
