Job summary

Carrier Fort Worth, TX is seeking an NPI Engineer to lead the industrialization and launches of new products. You will coordinate APQP, PPAP and process validation, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-quality launches.

You will partner with Design, Manufacturing and Quality, manage pilot runs and product releases, and drive transfers to production while meeting time and cost gates. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in NPI are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of NPI/product-industrialization experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, and process validation.
• Mechanical/Industrial/Mechatronics engineering preferred.
• Experience coordinating pilot runs and production transfer with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
