Job summary

Carrier is seeking an NPI Engineering Technician to support the industrialization and launch of new products at a Carrier facility in Fort Worth, TX. You will assist with validations of new product introductions, tooling setup, and documentation, collaborating with Engineering and Quality to ensure smooth transfer to production.

The role requires a technical degree and 2+ years in engineering/quality labs, with preferred experience in product launches and SAP/Windchill familiarity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an engineering, quality or lab technician.
• Technical/associate degree or trade school in Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronics.
• Experience with product launches and familiarity with engineering documentation (BOMs) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support pilot runs, tests, and validations of new products.
• Assist with installation and setup of NPI tooling and equipment.
• Document processes, test results and visual aids.
• Partner with Engineering and Quality on transfer to production.
• Support problem-solving during launches.
• Maintain records and evidence of validation.
