Job summary

Caterpillar Remanufacturing in Mossville, IL seeks a high-visibility NPI Leader to support the Electronics NPI team. You will report to the NPI Program Manager and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and business groups to drive successful product introductions.

Qualifications

• This position requires Engineering degree, NPI project leadership and business acumen skills.
• Planning: Tactical, Strategic knowledge to support short-term and multi-year planning.
• Knowledge of major products/services and how they are delivered to customers.

• Effective communications and stakeholder engagement across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with business units, sales, marketing and platform groups to allocate resources for each deliverable.
• Oversee project progress and costs; communicate status and address issues with stakeholders.
• Influence staffing, motivate and develop the project team.
• Communicate with customers and manage expectations; ensure effective project controls and reporting.
