Job summary

This high-visibility role reports to the NPI Program Manager and drives resource decisions, project control, and customer communications across multiple stakeholders. You will guide staffing, manage project costs, monitor progress, and ensure successful delivery aligned with business goals and sustainability values.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree, NPI project leadership and business acumen required.
• Planning knowledge across short-term, tactical and strategic horizons.
• Knowledge of product/service linkages and market dynamics helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with business units, sales, marketing and platform groups to manage resources for each deliverable.
• Oversee project progress and costs; report status to stakeholders and related functions.
• Influence staffing, motivate and develop the project team.
• Communicate with customers and manage expectations; ensure effective controls and reporting.
