Qualifications

• Strong engineering fundamentals and leadership experience in a high-visibility project environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product development programs.
• Knowledge of generator ends, generator sets, power generation, and related manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with business units, sales, marketing, and platform groups to allocate resources for each deliverable.
• Oversee project progress and costs; communicate status to stakeholders and participating functions; resolve issues.
• Influence staffing; mentor and develop project team members.
