Job summary

ASML in Wilton, CT is seeking a Supply Chain and Sourcing Manager to lead day-to-day management of a technical project within ASML’s Product Generation Process, coordinating with engineering, procurement and suppliers to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery.

You will drive NPI and industrialization deliverables, manage risks, monitor budgets, and report progress to senior stakeholders while applying Early Supplier Involvement and Concurrent Engineering principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical or supply chain field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in an NPI environment.
• Proven track record in project management and leading multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, secure and monitor the supply chain and sourcing NPI and industrialization deliverables in the Product Generation Process to deliver volume-worthy products.
• Identify and manage supply chain risks, acting as the voice of suppliers within product teams.
• Drive, monitor and report on cost of goods roadmap vs. target in collaboration with SS&P clusters and supplier teams.
• Prepare yearly OPEX/CAPEX forecast and manage spend for supplier NRE and tooling/packaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure KD deliverables are aligned and integrated.
