Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Fremont, CA is seeking a Director of NPI Supply Chain to lead end-to-end strategy and execution for new product introductions in AI infrastructure. You will drive material readiness, supplier engagement, demand and capacity planning, and ensure smooth transitions from development to mass production.

Lead a team of program managers, build scalable processes, and implement AI-enabled planning to optimize cost, risk, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience 10+ years in supply chain, materials, planning, or program management within NPI or technology manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of NPI processes, supply planning, material planning, supplier management, and capacity planning.
• Experience with ERP, PLM, MRP, and analytics tools (highly desirable).
• Leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex programs.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain strategy and execution for new product introductions from concept through mass production.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations and Customer teams to align schedules, readiness, and milestones.
• Develop sourcing strategies, qualify suppliers, secure component availability, and manage capacity commitments.
• Drive readiness and transition from development to volume manufacturing ensuring continuity of supply.
• Develop demand, capacity, and fulfillment plans to optimize inventory, cost, and service.
