Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years’ experience in Supply Chain with at least 5 years in an international capacity.
• 5 years of experience with project management in a lead capacity role.
• 5 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally (30%).

Responsibilities

• Designs and directs the Global Sourcing team and sets objectives aligned with company strategy.
• Oversee and provide guidance to the NPI team by developing material cost sourcing strategy for NPI programs.
• Manage multiple projects across BOM, supplier negotiations, and ECOs; ensure On Time Delivery and cost targets.
