Start your morning with a cup o’ joe and fire up the ol’ laptop to check Slack, email and get acquainted with your to-do list for the day. If you’re in the office, hit up the kitchen where any number of fresh baked goods or treats wait to tickle your tastebuds. Spend your morning reviewing urgent messages from the manufacturing team and overseas partners, answering emails, prioritizing work based on schedules and reviewing upcoming milestones to make sure projects are staying on track. Depending on the stage of the project, participate in check-ins with your internal team and Product Line Lead, talking through status updates, roadblocks, and next steps. All this information is important to manage up and down the communication chain! If it’s Tuesday, don’t forget to put in your lunch order. It’s on us! After a block walk (or run) to knock out the post-lunch sleepiness, you’re back at your desk implementing any changes to your schedules and executing on cross-functional requests from Marketing, Sales and Operations teams. Enjoy some time away from the screen. Perhaps that’s a post-work team bike ride or impromptu team pickleball game, or spending quality time with friends and family. If necessary, participate in evening vendor calls with the Manufacturing and Product team, discussing roadblocks, upcoming milestones, and feedback from builds. Log off for the day!
