Molded Dimensions Group in Port Washington, WI, is seeking a Project Manager for New Product Development to lead multiple launches from PO to production release. You will coordinate design, material selection, tooling, and validation, while controlling scope, schedule, and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in a custom manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional problem-solving, organization, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive multiple new and revised product launches from purchase order through production release.
• Orchestrate design, material selection, tooling, process development, validation, and customer approvals.
• Control scope, schedule, cost, risks, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget results.
• Provide transparent status updates and milestone communication to customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Anticipate obstacles and implement mitigation plans to keep programs on track.
• Lead troubleshooting on molds, equipment, materials, processes, and manufacturing methods.
• Participate in DFM reviews and collaborate on cost-reduction initiatives.
• Leverage data analysis to identify and implement process improvements that move key metrics.
• Evaluate, source, and commission new equipment and technologies to enable growth and CI.
