Job summary

FITS is seeking a Project Manager with 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or regulated industries to lead New Product Introduction initiatives in a lab-focused environment.

You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate schedules, mitigate risks, and ensure quality, cost, and timeline objectives while engaging stakeholders and navigating SAP and Ariba platforms. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with four+ years of project management experience in pharma or regulated industry.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams for New Product Introduction.
• Strong schedule management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.

• Plan, implement, monitor, complete, and follow up on projects.
• Manage competing timelines and prioritize critical tasks.

• Develop tools and processes to enable informed team decisions.
• Contribute to evolving project role and ensure cross-functional understanding of goals.
