Job summary

FITS LLC seeks an experienced Project Manager for Capital Projects in pharma. Lead development and execution of projects, manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include scope development, design reviews, permits, bidding, evaluation, tracking progress, and coordinating with production areas.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree, 10+ years in pharma capital projects and bilingual in Spanish and English; SAP experience valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 10+ years of experience in pharma capital projects.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement various projects.
• Manage budgets and cross-functional team members.
• Manage scope, design, permits, bidding, and evaluation.
• Create budgets, scheduling, field ops, change control, commissioning and validation.
• Coordinate with production areas to meet schedule objectives.
• Develop status reports, cost estimates and resource plans.
