About Lucid

At Lucid, we are creating an electric future without compromise. That means refusing to choose between performance and sustainability, design and engineering, ambition and integrity. We build world-class vehicles by pushing performance, efficiency, and design beyond industry limits, setting new standards with vehicles like Lucid Air and Lucid Gravity.

The people here—engineers, designers, operators, and builders—came from across industries and around the world because they wanted to work on a harder problem. They care deeply about mastering their craft and delivering work they’re proud of. We trust you to take ownership, push beyond what is expected, and help write the playbook for what comes next.

By refusing to settle, you help shape the future of electric mobility and prove what’s possible when craft and ambition refuse to compromise each other.

What You’ll Own

New Product Introduction Execution: Support pre-validation builds, pre-production activities, and Start of Production (SOP) launches for new vehicle programs and exterior product changes.

Cross-Functional Launch Coordination: Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Material Planning, Logistics, Production Control, Quality, Supplier Industrialization, and Operations teams.

Material & System Readiness: Track critical material availability and verify readiness across manufacturing and business systems.

Touch to Check (TTC) Management: Coordinate Touch to Check activities, including planning, inspections, action tracking, and readiness confirmation.

Risk Management & Communication: Identify launch risks, drive action plans, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement: Support improvements to NPI processes, launch methodologies, and operational tools.
