  • Partner with Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, Engineering, IT, Production, and operational stakeholders to support new model year, trim, package, and option launches, ensuring operational systems, configuration codes, UAT testing, documentation, and internal communications are ready prior to launch.
  • Attend and contribute to recurring S&OP, Vehicle Programs, and Supply Chain forums to assess impact to build plan
  • Use analytical insights and evolving customer demand patterns to recommend build configurations and manage dynamic build plan inputs
  • Document end-to-end processes, maintain launch and process readiness materials, and ensure relevant stakeholders are aligned on process changes, system enhancements, and operational dependencies.
  • Identify and drive process improvements and system enhancement opportunities that improve order matching, inventory visibility, launch execution, reporting quality, and cross-functional operating rhythm.
  • Provide clear status updates, risks, recommendations, and decision points to internal and external stakeholders, including Leadership and cross-functional operational partners.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs across Sales, Delivery, Product, IT, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Analytics, Fleet, and Leadership stakeholders.
  • Experience developing project plans, launch readiness materials, process documentation, stakeholder communications, and executive-level status updates.
  • Strong analytical orientation with the ability to translate demand signals, take-rate forecasts, customer order trends, and production constraints into actionable build planning recommendations.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, resolving cross-functional dependencies, and creating scalable processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through across recurring operating rhythms, launch milestones, testing activities, stakeholder reviews, and issue resolution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly summarize risks, tradeoffs, dependencies, process changes, and recommendations for both operational and leadership audiences.
  • Previous automotive, manufacturing, vehicle planning, sales operations, production planning, supply chain, program management, or startup experience strongly preferred.
