Job summary

FMC Corporation in Philadelphia seeks an NA Tech Center New Product Introduction Engineer to coordinate launches of new products within the region and changes to the existing supply chain, such as qualification of new manufacturing sites, alternate materials, or new pack size offerings. The role requires building a network across key stakeholders to ensure actions are delivered to support business needs.

Based at FMC Philadelphia Headquarters and reporting to the NA Formulations and Packaging

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical Engineering or related field required.
• 5–7 years of experience in a chemical environment.
• Strong project management experience with multiple stakeholders and MS Project.
• Experience with process safety management and capital deployment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate launches of new formulations and qualification of alternate materials.
• Qualify new or alternate manufacturing plants and packaging sizes.
• Develop project timelines and track milestones with cross-functional teams.
• Support process safety, regulatory, planning, procurement, R&D, manufacturing, and sustainability initiatives.
• Lead change management and QA/RA related activities as needed.
