Job summary

UCT is seeking a Technical Program Manager I in Hillsboro, OR to drive cross-functional NPI programs from development through production ramp. You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams, manage schedules and budgets, and lead technical reviews with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of program or project experience in semiconductor equipment, capital equipment, or related industries.
• PM certification preferred; strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Program Planning and Execution for cross-functional programs in semiconductor equipment.
• Define program scope, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Build and maintain integrated schedules, resource plans, budgets, and risk registers.
• Translate customer and product requirements into technical workstreams and engineering tasks.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, controls/firmware, and systems engineering activities.
• Lead reviews, customer acceptance tests, and ramp readiness activities.
• Manage customer expectations and changes; drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
