Job summary

New Iron, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support test engineering for leading semiconductor foundry. The role focuses on NPI milestones from tape-out through post-silicon bring-up, qualification, and high-volume manufacturing ramp.

You will own schedules, critical paths, lab capacity, and long-lead procurement for probe cards and test tooling, coordinating with Test Engineering, Process Integration, Quality, Reliability, Packaging, and customer teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as EE/CE/Microelectronics/IE.
• 4+ years of PM or engineering experience in semiconductor environments.
• Familiarity with ATE platforms and basic silicon qualification standards.
• Experience with schedule tracking and reporting tools (Jira/Confluence/Smartsheet/MS Project/Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Manage NPI milestones from tape-out through post-silicon bring-up and HVM ramp.
• Own schedule, critical path, ATE and lab capacity, and long-lead procurement.
• Coordinate test hardware vendors and OSAT partners on delivery and readiness.
• Lead 8D, RCA, and CAPA tracking for yield and reliability issues.
• Align multiple teams on priorities and handoffs.
