Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an experienced NPI Program Manager to lead multiple complex engineering projects globally. You will coordinate resources across sales, marketing, and platform groups, monitor progress and costs, and influence staffing to meet program objectives.

Daily onsite work with up to 20% travel, relocation available, and a comprehensive rewards package. Bachelor's degree required and prior experience with NPI methodologies is preferred.

• Experience with Caterpillar processes or comparable NPI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with businesses, sales, marketing and platform groups to manage resources for each deliverable.
• Oversee project progress and costs; communicate status with stakeholders and participating functions.
• Influence project staffing; motivate and develop project team and members.
• Communicate with customers and manage expectations; ensure effective use of project controls and reporting.
