You will work across Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Finance, Quality, and IT to translate business needs into standardized, scalable processes that support operational excellence and system adoption. The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration and governance of changes in ERP and PLM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, business, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in NPI, program management, product development, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Experience managing cross‑functional product development programs.
• Knowledge of stage‑gate product development processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage integrated program plans and critical paths.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through all phases and stage‑gate reviews.
• Drive execution of project milestones, deliverables, and launch readiness activities.
• Ensure alignment between product strategy, engineering development, and manufacturing readiness.
