Job summary

Waters is seeking a Program Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) programs within the Biosciences Reagents & Assays segment. You will drive multi-year product roadmaps, manage hundreds of SKU introductions, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes risk management, data-driven decision-making, and adherence to Design Control and ISO requirements, with collaboration across regulatory, quality, and operations functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
• Hands-on laboratory experience.
• 6–8 years of experience in life sciences, biotechnology, medical device, or diagnostic industries.
• 2–5 years of project or program management experience.
• Proven success leading New Product Development (NPD) teams.
• Experience in Design Control, Change Management, and ISO-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Core Teams and Extended Teams through the full product development lifecycle.
• Manage large-scale NPI programs and product expansion initiatives involving high-volume SKU introductions.
• Align stakeholders on program objectives, timelines, risks, resources, and trade-offs.
• Drive successful execution within multi-year product roadmaps.
