Job summary

CelLink Corporation seeks a Process Engineer on the NPI team to turn advanced manufacturing concepts into scalable, production-ready processes for EV, energy storage, and aerospace applications.

You will design and scale processes, validate first articles, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement in high-volume production environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering or science field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in process development or manufacturing.
• Experience scaling from prototype to high-volume production.

Responsibilities

• Scale processes from prototype to high-volume manufacturing, improving yield and throughput
• Design, implement, and validate manufactur­ing processes for scalability and reliability
• Build and qualify first articles and ensure readiness for validation
• Partner with cross-functional teams to prove product viability and readiness
• Identify development needs and align roadmaps with customer requirements
• Conduct experiments and root cause analysis to accelerate launches
• Work hands-on with high-volume manufacturing and R&D equipment
• Develop process documentation and train staff for smooth handoffs
