Job summary

ASTEMO INDIANA, INC. is seeking a professional to support process development for New Product Introductions (NPI) and lead cross-functional teams to define manufacturing processes for new products.

The role involves creating and presenting reports through the NPI lifecycle, developing long-term capacity plans, supporting customer requirements, audits, and visits, and assisting with budgeting. Occasional after-hours cross-functional meetings and asset management with Accounting are included.

Responsibilities

• Support process development of New Product Introduction (NPI) and lead a cross-functional team to develop the process for new products.
• Create and present reports during the NPI life cycle.
• Create long-term capacity plans.
• Support customer requirements, including audits and visits.
• Assist with long-term budgeting process.
• Fixed Asset Inventory - locate all fixed assets and report to Accounting Department.
• Routine cross-functional team meetings outside of normal work hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
