Job summary
AMREP Supplier Management Services in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer to drive product launches from design through full production. You will collaborate with engineering teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure manufacturability, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in NPI, manufacturing engineering, or product development.
- Experience working with suppliers or manufacturing partners.
- Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead NPI activities from prototype to production.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams for readiness.
- Collaborate with suppliers and contract manufacturers on prototypes and pilot production.
- Review drawings, BOMs, and specs for manufacturability.
- Support ECOs and resolve issues during product launch.
- Assist with process documentation, validation, and quality requirements.
