Absolics Inc. in Covington, GA is seeking an experienced NPI Process Engineer to own glass core substrate product development from customer engagement to launch.
You will work closely with customer engineering teams to define specs, drive sample builds, and shepherd qualification into volume production. The role requires hands-on process experience in substrate or OSAT packaging, with strong technical writing and cross-functional collaboration.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Materials Science, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent).
- 3+ years in substrate or semiconductor packaging engineering.
- Substrate manufacturer background preferred; OSAT packaging experience a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Own new GCS product development end-to-end from customer requirements intake through specification and production launch.
- Translate customer package requirements into product specifications and internal targets; confirm manufacturability.
- Lead internal development builds and coordinate with manufacturing and process teams to drive improvements.
