• Oversee development, validation, and implementation of manufacturing processes for optical components.
• Lead process development for precision optics, alignment, coating support, and assemblies.
• Maintain travelers, work instructions, routings, SOPs, PFMEA, and control plans.
• Collaborate with design, quality, ops, supply chain to ensure DFM and production transfer.
• Drive lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement to raise yield and reduce waste.
• Support audits, regulatory compliance, and documentation for a public company.
