Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Photo process and technology, overseeing operation and ensuring successful project execution.
• Develop strategies to optimize Photo processes, improve efficiency, and meet production targets.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to support product development and process improvements.
• Provide mentorship to engineers, operators, and team members.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and upgrades for optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process specifications.
