Job summary
Johnson & Johnson in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Operations Coordinator, NPI to lead readiness and execution for New Product Introductions within the distribution center. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure new SKUs are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately at launch.
Your role focuses on hands-on coordination, system readiness, floor execution, and issue resolution to support speed-to-market and customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
- 2+ years experience in distribution or warehouse operations.
- Experience supporting NPIs or product launches in a DC environment.
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as the DC point of contact for NPIs and multiple launches annually.
- Coordinate space, labor, equipment, and WMS readiness to support on-time receipt and shipment.
- Translate NPI requirements into operational readiness actions for receiving, putaway, storage, picking, and shipping.
- Provide on-floor support and training on new product handling and procedures.
- Track NPI operational metrics and participate in post-launch reviews.
