Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions in Portland, OR seeks an experienced NPI Planner to drive new product introductions from planning to production handoff, coordinating with engineering, purchasing, planning, and manufacturing.

You will maintain NPI build schedules, manage inventory for development builds, and mitigate supply risks while engaging cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations, IE, supply chain or business.
• 5+ years’ experience in materials management, production planning, or supply chain management.
• Experience with BOMs and engineering drawings.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate NPI material requirements and build timelines with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and maintain the NPI build schedule and secure resources.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks for development builds.
• Manage inventory for NPI builds and hand off to production.
• Monitor BOM changes and update MRP/PLM systems.
• Provide updates to leadership on material status and participate in reviews.
