Spectrum Control in Marlborough, MA seeks a Planner-New Product Introduction to create and maintain master schedules for products and subassemblies. You’ll drive material planning for development builds, launches, and ongoing production, coordinating with Engineering, Operations, PM, and suppliers to meet timelines and quality standards.

You’ll balance delivery, inventory, and cost goals across new and legacy products while applying ERP/MRP proficiency and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in production planning and purchasing in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with ERP/MRP systems and data analysis tools.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain master schedules for products and subassemblies.
• Plan material needs and coordinate availability for development builds and launches.
• Align NPIs with Eng, Operations, PM, and suppliers to resolve shortages.
• Coordinate internal/external builds and ensure quality requirements.
• Communicate demand and schedule changes to Purchasing and Manufacturing.
• Place purchase orders and follow up on deliveries as needed.
• Support planning for legacy products and manage changes affecting planning.
• Monitor delivery performance and maintain planning data in systems.
