Qualifikationen

• Experience with ERP/MRP demand planning and forecasting tools; familiarity with BOMs and engineering drawings.
• Strong MS Office skills; knowledge of SAP, Agile, and MES systems.

• Develop, maintain, and communicate NPI build schedule; coordinate with production planning to secure necessary resources.
• Collaborate with Engineering Program Mgmt. teams to understand build requirements for new products; support material transition, sample delivery, and deviation release.
• Proactively identify and mitigate supply risks for development builds in coordination with NPI buyer.
• Manage inventory for NPI builds within the NPI location; facilitate hand off to production and dispose of remaining project stock as needed.
• Monitor BOM changes and ensure updates are loaded correctly through MRP and PLM systems.
• Consolidate results and provide updates to cross-functional teams on material status for all assigned NPI builds; participate in review meetings with internal customers.
• Prepare and communicate critical materials availability updates to cross-functional leadership teams.
• Identify and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance NPI supply chain efficiency.
