Job summary

The ideal candidate will manage milestones, documentation, and deliverables while liaising with overseas partners to ensure manufacturing readiness for Q-product transfers. Hybrid work available.

Qualifications

• PM experience in an engineering/manufacturing/technical environment.
• Experience with NPI, manufacturing transfers, or contract manufacturing.
• Familiarity with electronic hardware, PCBs, or electromechanical assemblies.
• Experience coordinating BOMs, technical documentation, and project deliverables.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing transfer projects.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, action items, and deliverables.
• Coordinate BOMs, engineering documentation, technical specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
• Collaborate with electrical, software, and manufacturing engineering teams.
• Serve as a liaison between internal engineering teams and overseas contract manufacturing partners.
• Track project progress, resolve outstanding issues, and ensure manufacturing readiness.
• Develop and improve standardized manufacturing transfer processes and procedures.
