FormFactor, Inc. is seeking a New Product Introduction (NPI) Manufacturing Systems Coordinator in Farmers Branch, TX.

This role connects Engineering, the Integration Team, and Manufacturing to set up new products in PROMIS, Agile, Oracle, and related factory applications, driving readiness and factory-acceptance for first articles. You will coordinate system changes with multiple functions, ensure accurate master data, and train the Manufacturing organization before product release, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Hands-on experience with PROMIS MES systems.
• Experience with Agile PLM, Oracle ERP, or comparable product‑lifecycle and enterprise‑resource systems.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional work and driving actions to completion.
• Experience with Xsite, INFICON, or comparable factory-monitoring applications.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end creation, maintenance, validation, and release of new-product and first-article setup in PROMIS, Agile, Oracle, and other manufacturing applications.
• Coordinate cross-functional readiness and factory-acceptance processes for new products.
• Develop and deliver NPI readiness plans, milestones, and escalation of open actions.
• Provide training plans for manufacturing supervisors, technicians, and operators prior to product release.
• Provide hands-on floor support during first articles, learning cycles, and early production until transfer to routine manufacturing.
