Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. in Farmers Branch, TX, seeks a New Product Introduction (NPI) Manufacturing Systems Coordinator to bridge Engineering, the Integration Team, and Manufacturing during product launches.

You will own setup in PROMIS, Agile, Oracle, and other applications, drive cross-functional readiness, and train the Manufacturing team before release. Ideal candidates have MES experience and a track record coordinating across engineering, planning, quality, and IT in semiconductor/electronics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience with PROMIS MES and MES environments.
• Experience creating/maintaining product data, routings, BOMs, work instructions, or master data.
• Ability to coordinate across functions and drive actions to completion without direct authority.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product setup in PROMIS, Agile, Oracle, and other manufacturing applications.
• Coordinate project readiness reviews, product requirements, and source-factory information.
• Define process steps, equipment requirements, toolsets, recipes, and controls before creating factory flows.
• Ensure documentation, work instructions, and quality requirements align with manufacturing operations.
• Provide training and floor support during first articles, learning cycles, and early production.
