Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. is seeking a New Product Introduction Manufacturing Systems Coordinator in Farmers Branch, TX. This role links Engineering, the Integration Team, and Manufacturing to set up new products in PROMIS, Agile, and Oracle, ensuring readiness and factory acceptance before first articles.

You will configure and troubleshoot MES systems, create master data, and train manufacturing staff on new processes and documentation. Prior MES experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer engineering, computer science, IT or related field.
• Hands-on experience with PROMIS MES systems.
• Experience creating or maintaining product data, routings, BOMs and master data.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple functions and drive actions.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end creation, maintenance, validation and release of new-product setups in PROMIS, Agile, Oracle and other applications.
• Coordinate cross-functional readiness and factory-acceptance for new products.
• Develop and maintain NPI readiness plans, milestones, and launch schedules.
• Provide training and floor support for manufacturing on new-product flows and system usage.
